A big continuing step forward today at APS...we've just been appointed to conduct cleaning, caretaking and gardening duties on this brand new stunning building at 995 Mt Alexander Road Essendon (The Watson). This 38 Lot premium site is also going to be backed by our industry-first high-tech based Realtime Building Manager. Now that's a smart Committee!
